Said: Excellent service - however - I have found out since I accessed your site that I need a Grant Deed - not a Quit Claim Deed. TY

Said: This site helped out a lot. I still had some questions and had to make some phone calls to the county clerk office. The sample was very useful. I made a mistake and didn't down load the deed first before I filled it out. I printed, but forgot to save. I had no problem, going back to web site via the email they sent me. I Made sure to download first then start filling out on computer.

Said: User friendly but when I printed the forms the information I put in could have been spaced a little more

Said: Happy Very easy and clear!

10 out of 10 on 08/05/14

Said: Relatively easy to complete. I did have to call the Clerk of Courts to get the correct fees and the mailing address. The spaces for signatures were somewhat vague....4 spaces for signatures.... ? grantors only or grantees also.

Said: I liked the ease of getting the information and downloading the files. The fee was reasonable and competitive. My only problem was that there wasn't enough language in the sample to describe the grantee in a quit claim deed for a divorce. I would think that situation for a QC deed is pretty common.

Said: These were exactly the forms I needed. They were easy to fill out and the instructions were excellent.
