Changing Deeds |
I want to change the deed from Joint tenants with rights of survivor ship to tenants in common with equal shares. How do I do this? |

| I think the easiest way is to use a quitclaim. Are the owners going to be the same, just changing the vesting? If so it sounds pretty straight forward with a quitclaim, current owners are the grantors and the grantees, grantees as tenants in common for the vesting. |
