First I was given wrong information by the first representative at the title company so I have possibly purchased something I cannot use. (Not the fault of Quit Claim Deed Forms however more scenario information or details regarding the forms on the site would be helpful.) Second I used this site to purchase this form specifically for Polk County expecting it to be partially completed with the Polk County information. However I believe that it is simply the form that is required by Polk County. More clarification of what is being purchased is needed on your website. Thank you.
