Refunds. All sales of digital items are final. We offer NO refunds for digital, downloadable items. All orders for services such as E-Recording and Title Search are final once completed. We offer NO refunds for completed services.
Chargebacks. We consider all Chargebacks to be fraudulent. If a Chargeback is received a Chargeback Fee of $250.00 per order is imposed. Customers who do not bring their account current by paying the original purchase amount and Chargeback Fee within 20 days with certified funds (cashier check or money order) will subject to additional methods of collection including but not limited to: Small Claims Court, Outside Collections Company, Reporting to Credit Bureaus.
License to Use.
