Form was fine. I just hope it really is one that is accepted in Osceloa County Florida.

On 11/25/17 Debbie Rice Said:

Good. Easy to use. A completed example might be helpful.

On 11/25/17 Regina Blazek Said:

I am ranking this a 6 because the example form that I recall the site saying was filled out was not. it was just the same form again with a stamp saying sample form do not submit. That is a significant error on your part. Other than that I do feel I got my 17.97 cents worth. I did find other instructions very well written and precise while also appropriately brief. Overall welldone.

On 11/21/17 Beverly Holley Said:

Very simple to use. I would have liked to have been able to highlight specific information I listed on the Exhibit A form but the only choice I could see was to highlight the entire document.

On 11/12/17 Candice Johnson Said:

It was very easy to fill out. Instructions were pretty much step by step. The SAMPLE helped out a little more than the step by step directions. It would help if there were numbers on the SAMPLE that corresponded with the step by step instructions.

On 11/12/17 Sharon Record Said:

On 11/10/17 Vivian Wolfe Said:

Perfect forms recorded them with no issues.

On 11/09/17 Andrew Ward Said:

The affadavit forms fill in the blanks were not complete and many of the fields were linked improperly putting the wrong information in the provided spaces. I had to print them out and fill them in by hand. The GIT forms had the same problem. The QUIT CLAIM DEED was laid out nicely and easy to follow. I just used the previous deed to fill in the propertys legal description.

The forms were easy to purchase easy to use and customer support was quick and helpful. I specially like the example to follow. Ron Richter
