When to Release/Withdraw a Lis Pendens in Alabama
A lis pendens is filed to give notice that a suit is pending on a specific property. That notice is filed in probate court, in the county(s) where the land is located. Upon settlement or termination of the case and by court order it is customary to file a "Withdrawal of Lis Pendens" document. Usually within 30 days of such event. [See Alabama Code 35-4-136. Record of termination of action.]

Overall positive experience; especially liked immediate access to downloaded documents and instructions. My only concern was lack of adequate space in portions of your beneficiary deed blank form which then required me to use 3 exhibits to complete all necessary documents for the county recorders office. Deeds.com did a great job in explaining exactly what I'd need to file a deed transfer (quitclaim deed). I didn't have to order the forms piecemeal, but was able to order the whole package at once for a reasonable price. Once downloaded, their fill-in-the-blank PDF was easy to use with detailed instructions for each line item. I'd definitely use them again.
