If a Power of Attorney was recorded or referenced any (transfer of real estate or any legal or equitable interest therein, excluding leases), then the Revocation Notice must be recorded. The forms were immediately available for download, which was nice. However, I was not impressed by the lack of several features: 1) there was no way to edit set text in the form, such as where it says you should consult an attorney. That is not necessary for recording the deed and I wanted to deleted it, but could not. 2) Also, under the "Notes" section, there is a limited area to write; I tried adding a fuller explanation of something, but the form would not accept or include it when I printed the final document. The form may do the job, but it's not very sophisticated or elegant.

I am generally pleased with your products. However, I found it difficult to return to the package after accessing one selected document. One other comment: Your Trustee's Deed package should include a Certificate of Trust form.

The documents' format contained information needed to complete the necessary paperwork for filing with Georgia. However, the fields were not large enough to put the legal description in, and there was no way to enlarge the area. These were only semi-helpful in providing what I needed per Georgia's filing requirement.
