This is a statutory power of attorney following Arkansas code Title 28, chapter 68, (cited as the Uniform Power of Attorney Act.) ( 28-68-101)
In this power of attorney, the principal chooses which acts the agent can or cannot perform, each of these powers are detailed by Arkansas statutes and codes.
Execution of the Power of Attorney
A signature (by the principal) (is presumed to be genuine if the principal acknowledges the signature before a notary public or other individual authorized by law to take acknowledgments.) (AR Code 28-68-105)
Unless otherwise note in the "Special Instructions Section" of the form this power of attorney is durable, meaning (not terminated by the principal's incapacity.) ( 28-68-102(2))

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. Deeds.com had much better and fuller information than any other help i found (90% complete vs 60 % complete); they tout how up-to-date they are on all the counties in the country and the idiosyncrasies of each county's forms and procedures; but some minor points of the info i needed were missing or confusing. Including that they sold me on e-Recording my deed through them, only to find out after i had done all the prep for that, that they had failed to tell me upfront (or i missed it somehow) that the county i was dealing with did not yet accept online recording. So, they were by far the best i found, but not 100%.
