The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly. I needed to create a deed of distribution for my probate case. The instructions as to what was needed on the caption page was lacking. Because of the lack of information I still had to have an attorney review the documents as I didn't feel confident in the instructions given.

You charge too much for a form. Your business model is shortsighted. I would not try to use your service again. You got $20 from me this once, but I would try very hard to not use your service again. Your model does not encourage serial or professional usage.
