This form is for use by the personal representative designated in the will of a deceased property owner.
Wills, or last wills and testaments, are estate planning documents used to organize and record how people wish to distribute their assets after death. If someone dies after executing and filing a will, their estate is identified as "testate."
Real estate is a common asset, and with proper approval, a personal representative's distributive deed can be used if the personal representative is called upon to sell the property. These instruments are useful because they collect the relevant details about the transfer and the deceased owner into one document.

I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com. I love deeds.com - hands down, the quickest way to record a warranty deed. The process and communication is so quick - the recording transaction too. Worth the extra $20 to me for my time! I didn't spend over an hour driving around, talking to someone via a kiosk to record the deed, didn't have to spend the energy of loading kids into the car to come with me, etc. The efficiency and timely process is worth the cost!
