Under Georgia law, "title to property in the estate does not pass to the heirs or beneficiaries until the personal representative assents thereto" (OCGA 53-8-15).
Record the completed assent to devise, along with any necessary supporting documents, with the real property records of the appropriate county. This shows that the executor assents to the passing of title from the decedent to the beneficiary.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. My only concern was lack of adequate space in portions of your beneficiary deed blank form which then required me to use 3 exhibits to complete all necessary documents for the county recorders office.
