The process was all very clear and easy -- pay the fee online and download the state and county forms onto my computer. I will do as instructed for the Revocable Transfer on Death Deed, then update my review after I file this with the office of the Sandoval County (New Mexico) Clerk.

These forms made it so easy to update the property deed and the instructions and sample filled out form were most helpful. You might want to add some brief information on when or why to use the Acknowledgment in Individual Capacity notary form. In my case the notary was required to use it but also filled in the brief notarize section on the Affidavit as well. She said the one on the Affidavit had some value because it showed she had witnessed the my signature. But this was only after I suggested both be filled in as she initially thought to just strike through it and just use the Acknowledgment in Individual Capacity form.

Package downloaded without any problems. Help sheet was fair. Maybe they could cross reference the help number on the help sheet to the form better - somehow. Overall, I was pleased. Easy to follow directions and instructions to properly and legally fill-in the Deed that I requested. It was also very easy and convenient. If I was going to employ an Attorney or Legal Documents Preparer, they would easily charge me between $150 to $225 a Deed! For the cost of $19.97, anyone would pursue this price! Thank you, Deeds.com for a wonderful and terrific experience! I'm going to need you again to change Titles for my other Investment Properties.

When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it. I tried to use the free stuff you find on the internet. You quickly find out that free is rarely ever (never) free. Even worse, the long term cost can be immeasurable. Glad I realized that before I got too far in. Do yourself a favor, spend a few bucks up front to get the right forms.
