In general, when a complaint is filed that affects (title or the right of possession of real property), a plaintiff or defendant may file a Lis Pendens with the County Recorder, in all counties in which the property lies. At the time of filing, the Lis Pendens becomes (constructive notice) to would be (purchasers and incumbrancers) that there is a suit pending, that could affect the property and that they would bound to the outcome of said case.
Such Lis Pendens Notice will contain:
(the names of the parties)
(the object of the action or defense and )
(a description of the property in that county affected thereby.) (5-505)

Overall positive experience; especially liked immediate access to downloaded documents and instructions. My only concern was lack of adequate space in portions of your beneficiary deed blank form which then required me to use 3 exhibits to complete all necessary documents for the county recorders office. Why is Dade County not listed for the Lady Bird Deed?
Because on November 13, 1997, voters changed the name of the county from Dade to Miami-Dade.
