The product I purchased looks great and I added Adobe to be able to copy it, but for some reason I can't,so I will delete Adobe and then try again to copy what i paid for. I have all the PDFS' and my computer and printer are fairly new (windows 10),I should have tried to copy it first, I'll get it! Thanks

Hello, I like how easy the form is to follow. I'm unsure however of how to proceed as what I am trying to do is have my name added to the deed so in event of death I have ownership.

I was able to download the TOD deed form with no issues and it showed immediately. I appreciate that there is a sample provided on how to complete the form. Once downloaded this form is yours and can be changed ,if you make an error. This form is not complicated and is recognized by the County Court House where I filed the document. I am very pleased this form is available to process on my own and the fee is very reasonable. TY.
