Disappointed. Description of Lien discharge form does not indicate it is specific to Mechanic liens. I'm inexperienced with liens & should have contacted someone before I ordered.

This is not at all the form that I needed. I am trying to disclaim my interest in a property, but this form is much too rigid to work for my case. It would have been nice to know some of the more specific details before purchasing the document.

I searched on line for the blank forms I needed, everyone that said it's free was a part m they wanted to sign me up for a monthly membership, deeds.com had the forms that I can download and fill in, I paid $24 and got more than I needed, very easy company to deal with, I highly recommend them.

Ordered the forms I needed for my state and county and everything worked out perfectly. All the forms came with examples (filled in) and very detailed instructions for each block that required an entry. I was able to fill everything out on my computer and save the files for future use, if required. Deeds provides an excellent product. it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed. Otherwise, I love the ease of purchase with immediate links available.

I downloaded the quit claim deed form and saved it on my computer. I opened it with Adobe and filled it out. The space for the legal description was too small (2 lines only) which did not allow enough room for the long property description that I had.
