According to IC 36-2-11-14 and IC 36-2-11-16.5, the deed must:
Be endorsed by the county auditor before recordation.
Be printed on white paper (20 lb. minimum weight), no larger than legal size (8" x 14").
Be typed or computer-generated in permanent black ink, minimum 10-point font.
Have margins of at least ½ inch on all sides, except the first and last pages, which require 2-inch top and bottom margins.

I am still in the trial stage. I am an older lawyer. Any help I can get is worth it. Once you get used to the format and data fill in the deed thing is excellent. Very professional if not a little slow. I have only done three deeds in one state so I will have to see how it goes. I like the product and their attitude towards pleasing the customer. The Executor's Guide needs more info about what to put for grantee (estate of deceased or my name as executor?) and the price (something nominal like $10?) before there is a buyer. The guide seems to use only one example.
