This was such a money saver. I was told by someone at the courthouse that I had to have a lawyer prepare the paper work for my mom. They stated that family members couldn't prepare the papers. I was in a rush to record a quit claim deed, however due to covid 19 Miami dade county recorders office are not open to public. According to staff I would have to mail in the quit claim deed and wait approximately two weeks for the deed to get recorded. Thanks to Deeds.com I got my document recorded in less than one day. The forms are very confusing when there is so much to download! Trying to keep track and make sure you have everything needed is terrible! I think I have everything but I was under the impression I would be filling it out online and with instructions... I am very disappointed to say the least!

Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.
