You had the generic document that I was looking for Yay! The "example" page was helpful and reassuring. The auto input sections of my document looked ok until i printed it and then it appeared to be out of alignment which is why my rating is lowered to 4 stars it would be nice to have the ability to correct the title (created by me) when downloading PDFs for an e-filing

I am pleased with this electronic service in making a time sensitive deed transfer since very few options exist currently with the Covid 19 Crisis. This was the only rapid and available option to record the deed transfer and the fee was reasonable. I downloaded the quit claim deed form and saved it on my computer. I opened it with Adobe and filled it out. The space for the legal description was too small (2 lines only) which did not allow enough room for the long property description that I had.
