Disappointed on most recent order. Format did not permit changing the "boilerplate" language to change "grantor" to "grantors". In so restricting, could not use pre-printed form to make a joint party conveyance.

This was the first time I had ever had to fill out a Warranty Deed, so if it was not for your example form on how to fill one out, I would be still be here completely lost. I am a real estate attorney in CA. These Wyoming model deeds look too basic and barely adequate: no usual name and address at the top for tax statements and who recorded it. Some old fashioned legalese that only obfuscates. I won't use them. Your background info was good though.
