Some situations may require the purchaser under a trustee's deed to record a purchaser's affidavit along with the trustee's deed and trustee's affidavit.
The purchaser's affidavit is executed by the grantee of a trustee's deed and acknowledges receipt of a trustee's affidavit under Iowa Code 614.14.

Process is well laid out, clear and concise. Check out is easy.
Recommendations:
* Assign names to the downloadable files that are meaningful, such as: WARRANTY DEED instead of the useless and cryptic 1420490866F11417.pdf.
* Provide a ONE BUTTON DOWNLOAD for all forms ordered. It's aggravating to have to click on each of the 20 documents and download them individually.

Absolutely recommend Deeds.com! The process to recording your document is explained step by step. If you have any questions, you just send a message and almost instantly a staff member will reply.
