Best Way EVER to record a warranty deed! It was nice to not have to drive anywhere and find the facility closed or "unable to process due to covid19 and buildings being closed". I wanna give more stars because the required information is there, but the character spacing is disjointed on the first page, rendering a gap-filled, awkward-looking document. Also, the opening parenthesis for the first field on the first page is on the wrong line and is backwards, which sets the wrong tone especially since it's the first thing you have to fill out.

5 Stars isn't enough! I worked with KVH today (12-30-20) to get some deeds filed in Dallas County before the end of the year. Timing was critical and I thought my only option was to record in person.
