Return address for after recordation (KRS 382.240)
Notary statement for submitter (KRS 382.470).

I found all the forms I needed to complete a Quit Claim Deed on Deeds.com. All the forms are available for download to fill in on my laptop computer. So far the experience has been very good. My only issue would be that the Quit Claim instructions could be more thorough and easier to understand. I am guessing that the State of New Jersey made up the instructions? Unfortunately this has cost me a huge amount of extra time to parse out EXACTLY the terms I need to write on the Quit Claim Deed form. I haven't started the Tax Forms, but hope they will be more straightforward. In general, I DO recommend Deeds.com!

Great to have a downloadable form, rather than a cloud solution that gives no guarantee of privacy. Appreciated the sample.......but all of that still left me with open issues about how to tweak the form to serve my particular needs......for example: how to ensure that survivor rights were properly characterized; how far back I should go with the "Source" section + how I should layer my own additions to the chain of ownership, etc. Nonetheless, an overall happy experience. The Oregon TODD transfer on death deed template worked great and was easy to use. They had instructions and a guide that had good pointers to filling everything out. It took about 2 weeks to mail in my filled TODD and receive it back from the county with their stamp. Would definitely use this service for other documents

Thank you! My husband and I went in the get notary stamps for a Special Warranty Deed and a Post Nuptial Agreement. The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with the notary process. She made sure we read and understood all documents that we were signing and they required us to recite in sworn statements that everything there was true and understood!
