I was not able to use the form after paying for it. The words in red would not let me type over them and I could not get a blank document. Useless.
Each forms package includes a blank form, a guide, and a completed example. The red text appears in the completed example to show how a finished document may look; the blank form is the editable document intended for customer use. Because our products are do-it-yourself legal forms, we canceled the order and payment when it was clear the customer was not able to identify and use the blank form included in the package.

One thing I suggest is use the nomenclature Borrower / Lender / instead of Mortgatator / Mortgatee… Had to google which is which ? !

Super quick processing. I uploaded my document late Friday afternoon, it was reviewed by Deeds.com staff and sent to the county for recording on Monday. The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. It was pretty simple. After payment of the invoice I was notified that the document had been submitted. A few hours later I received notice that the document was recorded by the city. It was fast!
