The process was easy and cost was reasonable. My only suggestion is to allow user the ability to shorten the space between the county and state and the space after the month. I needed to draw a line at the courthouse before they would file it.

Your Guide is very good but does not explain precisely where one can find the Instrument Number for the originally filed Claim of Lien.

Pleased with the results, except for the "notice of confidentiality rights" above the QUIT CLAIM DEED headline. Is it needed to be included on the form or can it be removed ? How can it be removed, I do not see a reason for it to be on the print out copy. Thank you.
