It would be helpful to be able to edit verbiage on the form. I was preparing a Deed of Distribution; therefore, there was no consideration paid. I had to type the language into a Word document instead.

Nice service at a fair price. Website is not very user oriented. Messages accumulate in the messages area but are not emailed to the client. If you used the service regularly, it would be more understandable but for a first time or occasional user, the site can be time consuming.

Useless for me. My deed could not be pulled. After investigation, I got a copy online directly from WV for $3. No one but editors of this will ever see this. Shame.

When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it.
