Bought a transfer on death deed form and it worked great. Easy to fill out and record with the County. Got some helpful information from the county recorders office before filling out the form. I found out that I could use one deed for 2 properties. Saved me money not having to pay fees for 2 deeds.

The Website was easy to use. I live in Houston Texas and mother recently passed away in California and I need affidavit of joint tenant forms. Not very helpful since I am married and the example provided is for single person. Nevada homestead requires spouse to sign off on quit claim deed but no guidance provided as to where this acknowledgment is placed on template form. There should be example for married person as well. Had to use another service. Waste of $21.

The template isn't that easy to work with, with you have to type out large amounts of text. Also copy and paste doesn't seem to work. Furthermore, the code listed on the guide is out of date. However, the DQC is decent in that it has all the required fields you need.
