Both Deed of Trusts and Mortgages are used as security instruments to secure a debt on real property in Maryland. This form is used to assign either to another party, often used when the debt is sold to another lender.
(The clerk of the court shall record photographically any assignment of a mortgage with an attachment or rider affixed to it containing the names of the parties as they appear on the original mortgage and a reference to the book number and page number where the mortgage is recorded.) You charge too much for a form. Your business model is shortsighted. I would not try to use your service again. You got $20 from me this once, but I would try very hard to not use your service again. Your model does not encourage serial or professional usage.

I was very pleased with the ease in use of the forms. I suggest making sure the sample copy is totally aligned with the exact same parts. I was a little confused about the portion "Subject to.." It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.
