(The clerk of the court shall record photographically any assignment of a mortgage with an attachment or rider affixed to it containing the names of the parties as they appear on the original mortgage and a reference to the book number and page number where the mortgage is recorded.) I find your forms hard to use, inasmuch as the forms cannot be converted to a Word Document. Editing and deleting of extra lines is not possible, making for a deed with large blank spaces. Document that results is not usable for me.

This is a very useful site for downloading legal forms - just be sure you're getting the form you need before buying. Unfortunately I selected the wrong form initially and had to buy a 2nd form to correct my error. I saw no way of communicating my error at that point - i.e., loss of one star.
