This is a Durable General Power of Attorney governed by Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code, M.G.L. c.190B. A power of attorney is considered durable when (a principal, in writing, designates another as his attorney in fact and the writing contains the words, "This power of attorney shall not be affected by subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal", or "This power of attorney shall become effective upon the disability or incapacity of the principal", or similar words showing the intent of the principal that the authority conferred shall continue notwithstanding the subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal.)(MA Gen L ch 201B statute 1, Section 1. (a))

The process was easy going. The process is one thing, the results another. I have attempting to resolve this matter, of claiming sole ownership of the property for several YEARS. I lost my Bride of 65 years in 2015. A lawyer I hired failed in his attempt, so I'm waiting to see the actual results. The form was very easy to use and the sample tool you had was very helpful. the only problem i had was saving the document and then trying to find it later. I finally was able to figure out how to save it. but i still cannot find the saved document on my computer. Luckily i printed it before i closed it and did not need to make any changes.

The "Trustee's Deed" should have been labeled a Deed of Trust because that's what it really is. So now I just wasted $19.97 getting something I can't use.
