The General Mineral Deed in Michigan transfers oil, gas, and mineral rights from the grantor to the grantee. THIS IS NOT A LEASE. There are no Exceptions or Reservations included.
The transfer includes the oil, gas and other minerals of every kind and nature. It also transfers any and all rights to receive royalties, overriding royalties, net profits interests or other payments out of or with respect to those oil, gas and other minerals. The Grantor can stipulate the percentage of Mineral Rights the Grantee will receive and is made subject to any rights existing under any valid and subsisting oil and gas lease or leases of record.
This general mineral deed gives the grantee the right to access, for the purpose of mining, drilling, exploring, operating and developing said lands for oil, gas, and other minerals, and storing handling, transporting and marketing of such.
In this document the Grantor Warrants and will defend said Title to Grantee. Use of this document has a permanent effect on your rights to the property, if you are not completely sure of what you are executing seek the advice of a legal professional.

Really impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service. I would recommend putting a grey background on the form field inputs as I had trouble seeing them in the user interface, but otherwise I was really impressed and would happily return as a customer.

It works pretty well, had trouble with the word December. It printed out Decedmber with weird spacing but I think it will be ok.

When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it. It was the easiest process I have encountered even with working with the City. Highly recommend as it is super easy to use and received that everything was approved and recorded in two working days. My county accessors office recommended this site. My Uncle passed away and did not leave a will and I needed to have his deed transferred into my name. I was able to do it using the sample Deeds.com provided. I used it as a guide to fill out the paperwork that I printed off of the Deeds.com site. I had no problem when I went to the county and turned in the paperwork and the clerk said everything looked great.
