This form is executed by the current mortgagee named in the mortgage to (waive the priority of the mortgage in favor of another)(mortgage by executing a separate instrument acknowledged in the same manner as required for deeds and other instruments for the transfer of an interest in real estate. The waiver is effective to the extent of the mortgage waived.) When recorded (the waiver is constructive notice of the waiver to all persons dealing with the mortgage or with property described in the mortgage from the date the waiver is recorded.) Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. You had the generic document that I was looking for Yay! The "example" page was helpful and reassuring. The auto input sections of my document looked ok until i printed it and then it appeared to be out of alignment which is why my rating is lowered to 4 stars it would be nice to have the ability to correct the title (created by me) when downloading PDFs for an e-filing

I found a lot of useful information regarding the Lady Bird Deed and feel it will serve my needs as opposed to a Revocable Living Trust. The information was easy to understand and very helpful. The forms seem easy to complete and I plan to get them notarized and filed at the courthouse very soon.

The experience was generally very satisfactory. I was able to fill out the Trust Deed and send it via email no problem. However, I was not able to send the filled out form of the Note. It always erased my fill-ins when it was sent. I found that very frustrating.
