This form is executed by the current mortgagee named in the mortgage to (waive the priority of the mortgage in favor of another)(mortgage by executing a separate instrument acknowledged in the same manner as required for deeds and other instruments for the transfer of an interest in real estate. The waiver is effective to the extent of the mortgage waived.) When recorded (the waiver is constructive notice of the waiver to all persons dealing with the mortgage or with property described in the mortgage from the date the waiver is recorded.) Creating my enhanced lifde estate deed was rather easy but I am not happy. After buying the 3 form package for about $29 and crating my legal form... was not happy with your disclaimer than you cannot guarantee the form will meet required legal standards. I was convinced you all knew what you're doing since the forms are supposedly specific to Polk county, Florida.

It would help if pages of a document indicated 1 of 3 etc. When I downloaded the TOD guide I got a 4th page though it only showed 3 on the screen.
