This form is executed by the current mortgagee named in the mortgage to (waive the priority of the mortgage in favor of another)(mortgage by executing a separate instrument acknowledged in the same manner as required for deeds and other instruments for the transfer of an interest in real estate. The waiver is effective to the extent of the mortgage waived.) When recorded (the waiver is constructive notice of the waiver to all persons dealing with the mortgage or with property described in the mortgage from the date the waiver is recorded.) I was so happy I found a way to register my deed electronically! The county I live in only does e-file through vendors who service law firms and large volume documents. I had everything done electronically only to hit a brick wall doing warp speed when it came to this last part. So far everything is going super smooth and very easy. The price is worth it to be able to get this deed done because I'm doing a life estate deed to my late boyfriends daughter.
