The personal representative's deed of distribution is a fiduciary instrument used in probate proceedings as evidence that a distributee has succeeded to the decedent's interest in real property ( 524.3-908). Good but knocked off a star because the download file names are mostly numbers instead of recognizable names of the file contents (e.g., Promissory_Note_blank.pdf). Renaming would be a great help!
