Would be nice to have a better description on how to complete the forms if it is separated couple and one is signing the deed over to the other. I am still unsure how it should be worded. Disappointed that the guide didn't have better explanations.

I was skeptical after experiencing other websites. The DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION WAS JUST WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. HOWEVER, NAVIGATING THE ON LINE PROCESS WAS A PROBLEM.. AT ONE POINT IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND LOST CONTACT WITH THE SYSTEM. I FINALLY GOT TO PRINT WHAT I PURCHASED. FOR SUCH I WOULD ONLY GIVE A FOUR STAR RATING.

Messaging system should reach customer email. It took me a couple of days to find out the processor had messaged me. A customer notification should be implemented for every message left in the account.
