A suggestion: Include instructions on how to add your spouse to the deed, rather than transferring completely to a third party
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. Adding a spouse to a deed is a common need, and suggestions like yours help us identify where additional guidance would be useful. We’ll take this into consideration as we continue improving our resources.

My legal description exceeds the avaiable space in the one page Exhibit A...any way to add a second page as 'Exhibit A (continued)'?
It is not required to use the included exhibit page. Simply label your printed legal description as the appropriate exhibit.

Very easy process for both quit claim and beneficiary deed forms and explanations.. also gives an example form filled out to ensure you have something to go by when filling out your own for accuracy.. the forms are for your specific county, city, and state so no problems when you go to record at deeds office!
Thank you, Bonnie! County-specific forms, clear instructions, and a filled-in example to guide you — that's exactly the experience we aim for. So glad both deeds went smoothly from form to recording. We appreciate the kind words!

Frankly, if our tax dollars were being used to run government "services" correctly, we wouldn't need Deeds.com Since the sun will burn out before government is run correctly, Deeds.com provides an important, efficient, time-saving service that, all things considered, offers big savings over time-and-soul-draining struggles with government agencies.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!

Thank you. After searching for the correct forms and instructions on my county website, and finding nothing, I was very pleased with the Pinal County, AZ, acceptable forms and instructions I was able to download at a very reasonable cost from Deeds.com.
Thank you!
