The product is as advertised. I was unable to navigate this process because It is complicated and I am concerned about doing it wrong. The law is written in stupid language to make it difficult for all and keep the layering business going. Its a solid form but did not work for me. Thanks Chris

I am so glad I found this resource! As the Executor of a family members estate I wanted to save money by bypassing a lawyer as it seemed pretty straight forward to tranfer a Life Estate to the remainderman. (I had original deeds). I was very impressed. I needed a Grant Deed that would comply with Calif. law. I haven't tried to record it yet, but I think it's spot-on. References to statutes very helpful. I'm a retired Idaho attorney, and my first attempt was politely rejected by the recorder. (documentary transfer fee exemption, etc.)
