For future clarification to potential users, Deeds.com may want to categorize the type of easement documents that are available. I was needing a 'utility easement' form and received an 'ingress/egress' form. Had I known it was an ingress/egress document, I would not have made the purchase. I needed to create a deed of distribution for my probate case. The instructions as to what was needed on the caption page was lacking. Because of the lack of information I still had to have an attorney review the documents as I didn't feel confident in the instructions given.
