Once filed with the Recorder of Deeds the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers) MO Rev Stat 527.260.

not enough room for legal description. Wouldn't allow me to enter widow status in owner box. Not clear who to send it to so I printed it out and will ask the notary who I use for recording it.

I could not be happier with the service afforded by Deeds.com. After having been directed to two other organizations who purportedly performed this service and being told they could not accommodate me, I found Deeds.com. The website is extremely easy to use, the directions are clear and concise. The site updated me regularly as the documents were progressing through the process, and the detailing of costs was great. Website is easy to use. I ordered the form, filled it out and uploaded it for recording. My only critique is that you can't preview the form before ordering and paying for it. I ordered a Deed of Full Reconveyance form only to find out I needed the Substitution of Trustee and Deedn of Reconveyance form instead. So I wasted $22 on the wrong form.
