I was very impressed with the Mineral Deed form, especially with the instructions to fill it out AND a copy of a completed for to compare against. This definitely saved me money for an attorney. The one thing I don't understand, though, is why I could not save the completed Deed to my hard drive. I did have to change a few things after the fact and I had to re-type the entire page to make the corrections. If not for this, I would definitely rate the forms and instructions as a 5 star.

I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way.
We certainly do not want you to waste your money Philippe, to that end your order and payment has been canceled. We do hope that you seek the advice of a legal professional familiar with your specific situation. Working with one document at a time every thing was great, but the program will not let multiple documents save independently. When I saved a document and created another document the changes I made on the second document were on the 1st document. No big deal if your printing, but if your saving to email later, its an issue.

You had the generic document that I was looking for Yay! The "example" page was helpful and reassuring. The auto input sections of my document looked ok until i printed it and then it appeared to be out of alignment which is why my rating is lowered to 4 stars it would be nice to have the ability to correct the title (created by me) when downloading PDFs for an e-filing
