The Montana Uniform Probate Code (UPC), codified under Title 72 of the Montana Code, governs probate in that state.
A personal representative (PR), who may also be referred to as either an executor or administrator, is the fiduciary appointed to manage the decedent's estate. The personal representative's deed of distribution is an instrument used in probate proceedings as evidence that a distributee has succeeded to the decedent's interest in real property ( 72-3-904, MCA).
PR deeds must meet all state and local standards, and may need supporting information, depending on the situation. Record the completed deed in the county clerk/recorder's office of the county wherein the subject property is located to transfer title to distributees. This transaction requires a Realty Transfer Certificate, but no sales information as per 15-7-307(9), MCA.

The forms, and other information, are all excellent. I would be giving a 5-star review if it were not for the fact that downloading a "bundle" about quitclaim deeds required I download every single file independently (15 files). I would far prefer a zip file, or one click to download the whole pile of independent files.

I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com. Why is Dade County not listed for the Lady Bird Deed?
Because on November 13, 1997, voters changed the name of the county from Dade to Miami-Dade.

Great product. It would be better if the document files were not embedded within other files. It made downloading a little confusing. The titles of the forms did not match exactly word for word, which required a lot of back and forth to make sure I had downloaded the proper document. What would be great is if once you download a document, the hyperlink changed color, or somehow denoted the document had been downloaded. Just a suggestion. You have my email address if you have questions. STILL! Five stars for you guys. I would not let that hiccup dissuade me from buying any form package from you guys. Thanks!
