The court can determine that a Lis Pendens doesn't meet certain criteria and order a cancellation of such. At this time the Court (shall order the party who recorded the notice to record with the recorder of the county a copy of the order of cancellation. The order must state that the cancellation has the same effect as an expungement of the original notice.) NRS 14.015

Was warned by attorney that forms from internet have lots of mistakes. But after looking all over, took a chance on here. So far, I am satisfied, and actually happy that I got something that (I believe) meets my state and local requirements. Haven't filed the deed yet, or had to put it into effect, but being able to pick the local area, and have the relevant state law listed on the deed, gives me confidence. Also, got the whole package of possibly relevant forms, and a very good guide how to prep the deed with a sample completed deed - greatly appreciated!

The download package is very thorough and complete for the Corrective Deed I needed to file. The material is state/county specific and includes a completed example. The price is reasonable compared to an attorney fee from $400 to $600

The form was very easy to use and the sample tool you had was very helpful. the only problem i had was saving the document and then trying to find it later. I finally was able to figure out how to save it. but i still cannot find the saved document on my computer. Luckily i printed it before i closed it and did not need to make any changes.

Forms were spot on and able to save over $100 by not going to an attorney to complete the same documents. There were templates on how forms are supposed to be completed. You just need a notary to sign.
