Questions answered? Let's get started!

Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.
Documents such as:
1. Easement Deeds or Agreements (An easement is a non-possessory interest in land, granting the right to use someone else's property for a specific purpose, like a driveway or utility line)
2. Access Roads
3. Right of Ways
4. Utility Easements (Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Etc.)
5. Drainage Easements

This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

This is my first time using this website and was impressed for the simple and clear web design and exploring. Now I am anxiously waiting for the e-recording up running to start my deed process.

Deed.com is an amazing site. After calling many places and going on many websites to figure out what I needed to submit (most counties cannot help with questions and the place I needed to turn the documents into could not help either, they are not allowed to give legal advice) I came across Deeds.com. It has been so helpful and I was able to research what documents I needed. I purchased one document and after more research I realized I needed a different document. Deed.com refunded my first purchase. I then purchased an Affidavit of Death and a Deed for the county and state I needed them for. Both the example and guide were very helpful and I will be submitting my documents after I have them notarized. I give five stars

Your website is very informative, and easy to use.The purchase and download process was clear and went well. I would add that your Virginia Quitclaim Deed Guide is very comprehensive and informative. This combined with the example form you provide is most helpful. Thank You. Brian R

Would have paid double for these forms. Thankfully there are professionals making these things, I would have surely messed it up if I tried to do it myself based on my incorrect preconceived ideas.
