Use this form to discharge a previously recorded mortgage of record. (The certificate of discharge must contain a brief description of the mortgage and must state that the mortgage has been paid in full or otherwise satisfied and discharged and that the officer is authorized to discharge the mortgage of record.) (The mortgagee)/lender (shall present the certificate of discharge to the recorder for recording in the county in which the property is located within thirty days after the certificate of discharge is signed. The mortgagee may add the amount of the recording fee to the balance of the debt paid by the mortgagor.) This form can be (signed by the mortgagee, the mortgagee's executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, assigns, personal representatives, or special administrators appointed for that purpose, properly acknowledged or proved and certified as prescribed by chapter 47-19.) The NV Clark County deed upon death was perfect! Our county doesn't offer a template, but rather has a long list of rules and specifications where they expect you to make your own document. I didnt want to risk making an unacceptable form so I purchased the template from Deeds.com. It was easy to use and very thorough. Our deed upon death was notarized and filed with the county with no issue. Save yourselves the time and headache and get the template!

I purchased a Warranty Deed "package" on Friday and found that the Main download was a working document, but the secondary document (which is required) was not. In other words, I was able to use the fill-in feature on the main document, but not on the second document. I used the portal on the website to report my issue the same day. That was Friday. This is Wednesday. I have not heard a word from them and I have to use my documents in 2 days. I will probably have to resort to pen and ink for that document, but I have already tried filling it out twice and have to keep reprinting and starting over. You can't white out or cross out. I would really prefer to have the complete service that I paid for.
