Use this form to discharge a previously recorded mortgage of record. (The certificate of discharge must contain a brief description of the mortgage and must state that the mortgage has been paid in full or otherwise satisfied and discharged and that the officer is authorized to discharge the mortgage of record.) (The mortgagee)/lender (shall present the certificate of discharge to the recorder for recording in the county in which the property is located within thirty days after the certificate of discharge is signed. The mortgagee may add the amount of the recording fee to the balance of the debt paid by the mortgagor.) This form can be (signed by the mortgagee, the mortgagee's executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, assigns, personal representatives, or special administrators appointed for that purpose, properly acknowledged or proved and certified as prescribed by chapter 47-19.) I am an attorney who was trying to draft some deeds in arizona. The deed templates coupled with the document instructions saved me hours work. At 1st I was skeptical, so spent hours figuring out how to draft the documents, but could have saved so much time If I had just spend the $20 sooner. Would use again is needed a deed format as a basis for my drafting.

I wasn't sure what I was looking for initially so I printed out the wrong thing. Had to pay again to get the right one but much less expensive than getting it from a lawyer. Our military lawyers will make the forms official but they don't have the forms. Hope this makes things easier for our children when we pass. Thank you for offering this service.
