Private seller-financed sales of rural or agricultural property
4. Agricultural or Rural Property Sales
Used to allow gradual ownership over larger tracts of land.
Reduces need for third-party financing and fees.
5. Investor or Rehab Property Sales
Sellers may use a contract for deed to sell fixer-uppers or homes needing repair to investors or owner-occupants who intend to renovate during the term of the contract.

After a little glitch due to heavy volume at the County Recorder, my document was recorded. County Recorder was closed to public access at the office (due to the coronavirus issues) so all documents were either mailed to them or sent in electronically. Great resource and everything went smoothly except email was performed through autofill prompted by the system but the autofill added a letter that gave wrong email. I can still sign in with wrong email since the system recognizes it as mine even though it is wrong. May be my fault and not the system since I did not catch the discrepancy in time. I would suggest a field that allows a correction to any misinformation prior to signing out from the initial sign on. Still think it is a great resource if all documents are processed and accepted by the pwers to be. Thanks.
