4. Agricultural or Rural Property Sales
Used to allow gradual ownership over larger tracts of land.

Sellers may use a contract for deed to sell fixer-uppers or homes needing repair to investors or owner-occupants who intend to renovate during the term of the contract.

Please change on the example for the warranty deed the portion that says Source of Title: They don't use book and pages anymore They only use recording numbers. Please show an example with that for Maricopa County AZ Plus your Notary certificates should have a blank part for if it is signed in another state.

I recieved my document in a reasonable amount of time. I thought being a member i would be able to look up more than 1 document but it keeps asking me for more money. The "Trustee's Deed" should have been labeled a Deed of Trust because that's what it really is. So now I just wasted $19.97 getting something I can't use.
