I wanted to do an Enhancement Life Quitclaim deed and the county government lady didn’t know what I was even talking about. Easy to use but the quit claim deep looked old and dated. The example of how to fill out should have asterisks stating what is need and what can be skipped

Easy to download and use the forms, however two forms needed for my county recording were not included.
