In Oklahoma, the legislature has not provided for any required form of a lien waivers, so common law principles of contract allow for the parties to use a form that suits their needs, as long as purpose of the document (waiving a lien) is made clear.
The lien waiver form contains information about the lien claimant, property owner, amount of payment, and a description of the labor or materials furnished. Once the document is signed and recorded, lien rights are waived in accordance with the payment amount. Therefore, it is of vital importance to verify that payment has been made before signing any lien waiver.

Easy to follow directions and instructions to properly and legally fill-in the Deed that I requested. It was also very easy and convenient. If I was going to employ an Attorney or Legal Documents Preparer, they would easily charge me between $150 to $225 a Deed! For the cost of $19.97, anyone would pursue this price! Thank you, Deeds.com for a wonderful and terrific experience! I'm going to need you again to change Titles for my other Investment Properties.

Holy cow. I was told by several people that getting a deed recorded would take 7-10 days. So I thought I'd give deeds.com a try with their e-filing service. It was convenient to be able to download the deed template, instructions, and a completed sample deed all from deeds.com. I was able to complete my deed with little effort. My only complaint is that the editable fields in the pdf document are of fixed size, leaving some large spaces within a sentence, for example: Executed on this 1st day of July ,2020. This makes the printed document look a little peculiar.
