Once the document is signed and recorded, lien rights are waived in accordance with the payment amount. Therefore, it is of vital importance to verify that payment has been made before signing any lien waiver.

I sent Deeds.com an email with a question, asking for a little guidance as to which form(s) I need, but I'm waiting for a reply. My wife and I own 3 homes (2 in Indiana & 1 in Florida). You form was good the only thing that did not work was the download to fill it out !!! I use a Mac system and maybe that's what the issue was. I filled it out by hand and it worked for the purpose .

Navigating the site was fine, but the service was not able to find my deed. Still have not received my refund.
